How to bulk send contracts

  1. Log in to your eSignatures account (or sign up for free)
  2. On your Dashboard choose "Bulk sending" and a template then click on "Start"
  3. Type in (or copy) the list of signers into the grid
  4. If you have any {{placeholder fields}} in the contract content, provide the relevant data in the grid
  5. Click on "Send"
 

When the document is signed

 

Advanced

Email, SMS delivery vs 2-factor identification

  1. To send contracts via email only, leave the "Mobile" column blank
  2. To send contracts via SMS only, leave the "Email" column blank
  3. To send contracts via Email and SMS, fill in both the "Email" and "Mobile" columns
  4. To send contracts via Email and require 2-factor SMS code, check the "2-factor" check box

Add multiple signers to each document

To assign more than one signer to the documents click on the "Add signer columns" button. New "Signer name" and contact columns will appear in the grid, where you can provide the contact details of the additional signers.

Signer fields to gather data from signers

Signer fields help you to gather data from signers in various formats, text field, multi-line text field, check box, file upload and more. Signer fields will be differentiated in the contracts by a blue or red line at the left hand side.

Auto-sign

To add your own esignature records to the documents automatically, check the "Append my signature" check box
 

Recommendations - start small

For e-signature services with bulk document sending, it's advisable to begin by sending a small number of contracts to ensure that clients understand the content clearly. This approach allows you to gather feedback and make any necessary adjustments before scaling up. Fixing issues can be very difficult once a large number of contracts have already been sent.
